Dr. Stephanie Ekemezie is of Nigerian heritage and grew up in Northern Virginia just minutes outside of Washington DC. She studied Psychology at The University of Pittsburgh, and received her Doctorate of Dental Surgery at Meharry Medical College in Nashville Tennessee. She completed her residency program at BronxCare Health System in the Bronx, NY
Dr. Ekemezie loves getting to know her patients and strives to provide a pleasant dental experience. She believes it’s important to educate patients on their oral health so they can make informed decisions about their treatments. Giving her patients their confidence back is a goal she strives for and believes that a healthy smile is a beautiful smile.
In her free time Dr. Ekemezie loves traveling, trying out new and diverse restaurants, spending time with family and friends, and binge watching tv shows.

Best dental office I’ve been to yet. The staff was very nice and polite and made you feel like home. Sarah cleaned my teeth and she was really nice and pleasant to talk to. Everyone was very kind, and they’re all wonderful at putting new patients at ease. Afton was excellent at explaining the procedures for X-rays and why we were doing what we were doing, Dr Chueiri was very nice and professional, and took his time to ask questions and make sure he knew what my dental issue...
